A Standard Operating Environment (SOE) is a standard implementation of an operating system and its associated software. We designed, built and implemented the Linux and Solaris SOE for Orbit Infotech to help them reduce the cost and time to deploy, configure, maintain, support and manage their systems.
Telstra Cloud
Oracle VM and Linux design, troubleshooting and implementation
In one of our recent project with Telstra Cloud, the largest cloud provider in Australia and one of our valuable customer, ARG Consulting provided infrastructure and Oracle VM / Oracle Linux product expertise to help them meet performance and availability targets for one of their critical customers. We were also involved in 3rd level support and trained their support staff.

Celcom
Oracle VM and Oracle Linux troubleshooting and upgrades
Celcom is one of the biggest telecommunication provider in Malaysia. We were involved as their operating platform built using Oracle VM and Oracle Linux running a number of Oracle middleware and databases wasn't stable. We were at the customer site for about 4 weeks during which we upgraded their environment and eliminated several issues. The result: a very happy customer and stable customer environment.
